About what happened to Benny:
A little more than 6 years ago on May 1, Benny Warr was pepper sprayed, dumped out of his motorized wheelchair, and was punched, kicked, and kneed by Rochester Police Department officers Ferrigno, Liberatore, and Stewart. He was told to move on as the officers were clearing the block. When he refused and told them that he was waiting for the bus, they attacked him.

Five and half years later a jury finally heard his civil suit and sided with the officers' story giving Benny just $1 in nominal damages. The judge is considering motions to reverse the verdict.

Over the last six years, Benny's quality of life has deteriorated. The pain he feels in his body has gotten progressively worse. He suffers from PTSD. He is unable to use his prosthesis to get around. All this caused because of police violence.

Please come out showing support and solidarity with Benny and Nina.

Enough is enough!
