New friends. 5 talking about healthy food 6 showing them C.P.R. and checking blood pressure 7 show them how to call 911 for emergency and what to say in case of emergency. 8 to teach them the signs of heart attack .9 teach them how to call thier doctor on call over night. 1o exercise at inside our center . For Monday to Friday.
This will help our center active and more wellcome to every one in our Rochester'scommunity. Thank you all.
