“Shifting The Cycle” is a Community Value Raiser Event focused on the empowerment of women through Collective Conversation, Interactive Artwork, Holistic Refreshments and Creative Showcasing.

The CVRE offers a safe space for open dialogue & creative expressions reflecting upon the experiences of menstruation, also encouraging a culture of care, support & compassion for women (especially during active cycles).

While we champion the divine feminine, we invite family of all walks of life to join us!! There is something to learn, grow & benefit from for all demographics.

Amenities include herbal resourcing with tea and other organic snacks, free pads, free informational pamphlets, mixed-media community arts activities, and an open stage for performances of all kinds that reflect the concept of the event.
