The OCFS Community Credible Messenger Initiative engages Credible Messengers and Parent Partners through local grassroots neighborhood organizations to engage youth impacted by incarceration. Community Connections for Youth (CCFY) is the training and technical assistance provider and is hosting a training with the grassroots organization, Glory House International, in Rochester.
