A group of us are trying to start a Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) chapter here in Rochester, and would like to set up an informal meeting for those interested or curious about DSA. There are groups all over the US, but not one in Rochester, so we'd like to change that. The meeting will be social in nature and held for the purposes of allowing people to build networks, talk, and ask questions without a lot of decision making about the future of the group. We are not promoting this to the general public, mostly existing DSA members and interested parties in Rochester, though it's fine to be listed on the FS site and fine if interested folks show up.
