EIE has a running film series going on. this doc looks at the Newark, NJ police department up to the passage of their Civilian Complaint Review Board that has most if not all of the powers being demanded in the passage of the Police Accountability Board. We need to show two films in March, so we need an extra date. The other film, “The Force” will be screened during one of our meeting times.
