The Déjàview Film Series, by ROCDSA, presents yesterday's films today, as viewed through a socialist lens.

In July, we'd like to screen Rollerball (1975).

What did 2018 look like to people in 1975? For starters, governments are obsolete, a handful of companies run the world, and libraries can only offer edited summaries of texts. Come see what the filmmakers got right, and what they got wrong. Rollerball also offers, arguably, the best-ever footage of a fake sport.
